About the Role
Focused on Enterprise level customers to join our growing digital agency. This position requires establishing new relationships with client across all functional areas, diagnose business challenges, advise them on best practice business solutions, strategically manage the sales opportunity within their defined territories. By interacting with a range of decision makers at some of the world’s most renowned companies, this role provides a unique opportunity to learn how to apply executive level thinking to problem solving.
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in building credibility with a senior level client base and selling B2B solutions.
Responsible for winning new accounts, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional service to all active and prospective customers, Develop round of strategies with the team to create an impactful pitch
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets focused on both financial gain and customer statisfaction
Foster and develop relationship with customers/ clients,
Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of meeting their expectation. get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs.
Have a great understanding of the business products or service in digital marketing end to end and be able to advise others about them
ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Work directly with recruiting and customer support to ensure that the clients’ hiring needs and the contract employees’ payroll expectations are met.
Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms
Follow a disciplined sales operating rhythm within the CRM (Connected) to drive business development, increase future value proposition, and ensure effective execution.
1. Bachelor’s degree is required;
2. 3-5 years+ related experience in the marketing field is preferred;
3. Fluent in English, Excellent presentation, negotiation skills, and data analysis;
4. Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
